Samsung planning to double market share

According to Samsung executive Lee Donjoo, the company is hoping to double smartphone market share to 10% by the end of the year. The Galaxy S will be the big draw, with numerous leaks that the device is coming to at least 2 carriers in the US along. Samsung is also planning to spend over $2 billion in production of AMOLED screens, starting in the summer of 2011.
