Palm Shareholders approve HP buyout

In a Palm shareholder meeting this week, the approval of the pending buyout from HP was given, and the merger is expected to close the first week in July.  Also, confirmation that John Rubenstein will continue to lead the Mobility unit, which will include Palm and HP’s current iPaq division.
