A welcome letter to those customers part of the Verizon divestiture arrived this week, confirming that AT&T will be taking over their mobile phone service. AT&T says that it will be activating service market by market, and is working on integrating the two separate networks. once the integration is complete, AT&T will move the customer over to the service with a new handset. 79 markets in 18 states are effected.
