Multiple sources are stating that AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent has pushed out a software patch this weekend to fix the crippled upload speed problem. Speed tests from various parts of the country are showing upload speeds back above 1MBPs. As shown above, the Phoenix market is still waiting for this fix to hit.
