New FCC Consumer Website

27 07 2010

The FCC launched a new website at FCC.gov/Consumers that is geared towards helping consumers with their phone issues.  Information about World Traveling Tips, Early Termination Fees and Bill Shock are just a few of the topics.  The site is also a place for customers to file complaints and submit your ideas to the commission.  A short video from Julius Genachowski on the site talks about how the site will help the consumer learn more about the work they are doing.
