FCC documents reveal “Peel” for Sprint

28 07 2010

Documents from the FCC this week revealed a new device slated for the Sprint network called the Peel. The case/holster appears to be made in a way that would fit and protect an iPod touch. The Peel is a hotspot device that would offer up a WiFi connection from the 3G Sprint service. The device has its own internal battery, and charges via microUSB. No official word from Sprint on such a device.
