Motorola Q2 earnings

Though a press release mid week, Motorola unveiled it’s second quarter earnings. Motorola saw sales of $5.4 billion during the quarter, and net earnings of $162 million. The mobile division sold 8.3 million handsets, including 2.7 million smartphones. This generated $1.7 billion in revenue, but is down 6% from the year ago quarter.
