Verizon offering 3G prepaid packages

Starting on September 2nd, Verizon began offering new prepaid data packages for use with 3G enabled smartphones and featurephones.  The choices include an unlimited data plan for $30 per month, or $10 per month for 25MB of data with $.20 per MB in overage fees.  Some of the phones eligible for the new plans include the Blackberry Curve 8530, both Storm models and the Bold 9650.  The Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, as well as the entire Droid lineup are also supported.
