Viewsonic Friday announced they would be debuting their first smartphone in the US, the ViewPhone 3 at CES. The device has a dual-SIM configuration, 3.5 inch display, 5MP camera, 800MHz Qualcomm processor and 512MB of RAM. It will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread with 3G data connectivity. Sold unsubsidized, the device sits in the value category at only $250. Release date is expected for March.
