AT&T Monday announced the Pantech Element, an affordable tablet with LTE connectivity. The Element runs on Android 2.3 Honeycomb with a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor and features and 8-inch display, front and rear cameras and is waterproof. The Element is available for $299 with two-year agreement, and is planned for in-store availability January 22nd.
