Photos of an unknown HTC handset were posted this week by phoneArena, showing a device featuring Android 4.0 ICS and Verizon LTE. The device could come as soon as Mobile World Congress, and phoneArena speculates it could be known as the DROID Incredible 3. Other features include a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel camera.
