Apple Friday published a countdown on its website to the 25 billionth application to be downloaded from the App Store. The person who downloads the milestone app will receive a $10,000 App Store Gift Card. The winner is expected to be announced in the next week. 10 billion apps have been downloaded since Apple hit the 15 billion mark in July.
